SEI has appointed Amy Sliwinski as an executive vice president and chief people and culture officer.

Sliwinski will be a member of SEI’s executive management team, reporting to Sean Denham, chief financial and chief operating officer.

Most recently, Sliwinski was chief human resource officer at the engineering solutions company. Sliwinski previously served in various senior leadership roles at Santander Bank.

AssetMark
AssetMark, which provides wealth management and technology solutions for financial advisors, has appointed Phill Rogerson as head of its RIA channel.

Rogerson will lead the firm’s expansion into the RIA sector, and report to president and CEO Michael Kim, AssetMark said in a statement this week. In this role, he will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina, the site of AssetMark’s newly-designated East Coast hub. AssetMark is investing $10 million and creating 252 jobs in the city.

With more than three decades’ experience in wealth and investment management, Rogerson most recently led the RIA Channel at Envestnet. Prior to that, he spent more than 20 years at Russell Investments, serving as MD of private client services. He holds a BS in mathematics and computer science from the University of Puget Sound, an MBA from the University of Washington, and he is a CFA® Charterholder.

Raymond James
Raymond James has welcomed financial advisor Jonathan Stanley to its independent advisor channel.

Previously, Stanley was affiliated with Edward Jones where he managed around $140 million in client assets. He is president of Legacy Capital Group in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He is joined by senior client service associate Michelle Haas alongside client service associates Anna Stanley and Kira Hamilton.
